I once didn't pooped for 20 days and believe me to get the shit out i thought i was delivering the baby I had to pushes too hard to remove the shit and it was watery with solid particles and believe me ever since that day i am going to poop after leaving 3-4 days and i can't poop regularly i have constipation sometimes too this is the problem. I'm facing since i was 6-7 yo 😅

if you've been avoiding bowel movements and ARE NOT constipated, go to the bowl & poop while standing and slightly leaning forwards,the stool will practically fall out no matter how big the bowel is

Another thing I want to say as reassurance for anyone panicking right now: if you can pass gas, that is a very good sign it is just constipation and not impactment. If youre not sure if you can, but feel gassy, get into an "asian squat" position. Squatting is human's natural pooping position and it may help ease some of the gas out. Also laxatives will not always work if you are dehydrated: water is needed to push bowel movements through the digestive system, and if you are dehydrated your body will continually pull water from stools in the digestive tract until they are hard-to-pass masses so you absolutely need fluids, clear water is best

I havent watched video yet but I want to comment I recently discovered ⅓ a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil is a really effective laxative... Do not take more than 1 tablespoon, I did this and it was a very intense and scary experience lol but ⅓ a tablespoon seems to do the trick.. gives you a "bubbling" sensation in stomach and lower back for a bit before it kicks in especially if you drink fluids after.. my mom has chronic constipation due to her medications, just went ~2weeks without a bowel movement and today gave her ⅓ a tbsp, it worked for her in about 5 hours.. make sure when you drink the oil that it tingles the back of your throat, that's how you know it's real (lots of olive oils are dilluted nowadays)..

I have not pooped in 3 days. Came out a huge 2 logs. There is some that won't come out. Now, when I pooped, I didn't feel it co me out. I did a little but not really. Some water should help me!

I realize now that tomorrow from me posting this on the 21st of April that you will be hitting 3 years since your last upload. I really hope that wherever you are or whatever may be going on that things are not as dark and maybe just maybe things have so improved. I hope you come back some day.

bro i tried taking laxatives, i drink a lot of water, i eat a lot of fruits, fiber foods etc but it wont come out.. today i went to the hospital and they just recommend me laxatives and medicine to help my digestion and i didnt see results idk what to do at this point i feel so so bloated and i feel like theres so much gas trapped in my body holy SHIT dude

I used to poop once every two weeks. I started trying to poop again and I think all of that poop I had bottled up for 7-8 years finally all came out. I’ve pooped everyday since then.
